At Pavitrapallu, we are committed to offering premium-quality sarees with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
📦 Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
• You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by the original order ID/invoice
🛑 Important: An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory for all return claims. This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.

💸 Refunds
• After your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you.
• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased under sales, discounts, or offers
• Customized or altered sarees
• Sarees with blouse stitched or fall/pico added
• Returns without valid unpacking video proof
🛑 Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
